Lisa Howie

Lisa is responsible for analyzing benefit data to evaluate the performance of employee benefit programs, measuring these results against industry standards and plan sponsor goals, and making sound underwriting judgments to determine appropriate recommendations. In addition, Lisa provides client support for service and/or benefit inquiries. She began her career as an underwriter for the Corporate Accounts division of a large Canadian insurer. Four years later, in 2006, Lisa joined a national Consulting company where she further developed her technical skills and broadened her knowledge of the various products offered in conjunction with traditional group benefits.

Lisa received a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in psychology with minors in both mathematics and human resources management from the University of Waterloo in 2000.
